Simon Laveuve (b. 1988, Paris) is a French artist living and working in the Paris region.
Originally trained as a photographer, he has developed a sculptural practice since 2016 focused on habitation, urban memory, and territories in transition. Working primarily in miniature scale, he creates precarious architectures, improvised shelters, and fragmented landscapes that exist somewhere between documentary observation, dystopia, and utopia.
Inspired by the peripheral landscapes of the Paris suburbs where he grew up, his work explores notions of resilience, survival, and adaptation through an aesthetic of reuse, bricolage, and transformation. His work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private collections in France and abroad.
